Seler is a platform that connects Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp with AI-assisted sales. The service includes automated replies, conversation management, and other features depending on your plan. We may change or discontinue features at our discretion.

To use the service you must:

• Be an individual or duly authorised representative of a business that can contract
• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep login credentials confidential and not share them
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms
• Impersonate others or misrepresent data sources
• Send spam, fraudulent, or deceptive messages to customers
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Use automated means to scrape data or overload infrastructure without consent
• Infringe our or third parties’ intellectual property rights

You are responsible for content and data you submit or connect to the service. You must have the rights to use that material and comply with applicable laws. We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property rights in the service belong to us or our licensors. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process and deliver it as part of the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated replies may be imperfect; you remain responsible for reviewing content sent to customers. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach or non-payment. Provisions on IP, liability limits, and indemnity survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, the jurisdiction where ECHOLABS SOLUTION LIMITED is established. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, competent courts in United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction.
